In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee for work completed, based on the price and expenses already incurred, shall be paid by the client.
A CD-ROM or USB flash-drive with print-quality art can be provided with certain projects or they may be emailed.
Transfer to the client of exclusive reproduction rights to the work applies; transfer does not include rights to make changes to the work. Full copyright, including all original design files, may be purchased for an additional 60% of the total billed design fee.
Any usage rights not exclusively transferred are reserved to KRAUSS DESIGNS (Eddie Krauss). Any transfer of rights is conditional on receipt of full payment.
Printing costs will be billed separately.
Placement of order and payment signifies acceptance of these terms.
